Very tasty inexpensive cuisine. We had the cordon bleu and the hunter's roast from the weekly menu. We would love to come back.

Because of Corona, we sat in the beer garden in the backyard. Was quiet. Service friendly. Eat cheap, plenty and delicious.

As an emigrant, I was once again in my old home in Lower Franconia and immediately felt at home again. Thanks to the Gasthof Anker, its beer garden, the beer, the food, the service and the people. There are beer gardens only in Bavaria, everything else is a backyard with a beer bench. The beer was cool, the service fast and the food (beef roulade) delicious. Daughter had sausages with fries and was happy too. Many thanks to the Becker family for the good time.

Cozy beer garden ambience. The service was unfortunately very sleepy. As for the food, it was a disaster. The schnitzel was greasy and dry. The "grill" chicken was dry and deep fried, unfortunately not edible. It's a shame.

In the Corona times, we often drove to anchor to get something for lunch. No matter what we tried, it was super good! From time to time we had a nice chat with the employees / owners while waiting. Highly recommended ... delicious dishes that will stop every hungry mouth! The inn is located right in the center of Ochsenfurt and has perhaps the best beer garden in the center. The locally oriented food and drinks taste and convince in their really good price-performance ratio. The service is friendly and you can linger here. A special tip for beer connoisseurs are the freshly tapped beers from the local brewery.

We stayed at the Gasthof zum Anker for two nights, despite the special time (pandemic), we were treated very warmly and with exemplary handling of hygiene protection. The food was very tasty, the neighborhood very clean, small but fully adequate and creatively prepared. Since we as Swabians like to be in Weinfranken and have found a vintner we trust in Kleinochsenfurt, we will definitely visit the Becker family again! Here at the Gasthof Zum Anker the guest is king and the warmth of the service is genuine and not fake! Many thanks for the great time
